In 2015, 3 entrepreneurs Delonta, Anita, and Bardino started an investment company and devised a plan to support the need for affordable housing in Baltimore City.
DAB purchased multiple properties, flipped them, and created multi family transitional homes that were accessible to families in lower income brackets.
What we discovered was that housing wasn’t enough, so DAB expanded the scope of support to include feeding the homeless and ministering to the spiritual needs of the community. We soon found out that in order for our houses to be homes we must invest in individuals and empower them to be contributing members of their communities.
